		<description>Great article.  I once had a client who couldn't handle training at all.  He would get sick to his stomach and throw up every session.  I tried everything.

He threw up with light weights.  He threw up with heavy weights.  He threw up with ab exercises.  He threw up with no abdominal exercises.  He threw up with Cytomax Pre-formance.  He threw up without Pre-formance.  You get the point?  

The guy smoked cigars so that is what I think did it, but to this day it still baffles me.  Personally I get hungry during all training.</description>
